Who I Am

Hi! I’m Sawsan. I founded Small Talk Speech Therapy because I believe the best progress happens when therapy feels like play and families feel like partners. With six years of experience across schools and private practice, I’ve seen firsthand how a child’s confidence soars when we lean into their unique strengths. I started this practice to provide a space where therapy is fun, supportive, and tailored to the individual—a place where families feel empowered and kids truly find their voice. I can’t wait to help your little one thrive right here in our San Antonio community!

My Philosophy

Children learn best through play, joy, and meaningful connection with those who love and support them. I tailor my sessions to be engaging, play-based, and centered on building important communication skills through activities that feel like play.

I specialize in helping children with articulation, expressive and receptive language, and social communication challenges. My goal is to help children communicate more confidently, connect with others, and be understood.
